I find it interesting that most of us are seeing the ePortfolio as a burden; more so than a continued learning tool. In terms of making connections, I feel like its our responsibility to be informed educators and to keep a good knowledge base for new learning models. My silver lining was when Dr. Still allowed us the opportunity for authenticity which allowed time for processing and gaining the real value in COVA. The fact we were offered choice in showcasing our assignments, I eventually found willingness to use new presentation platforms and became comfortable with knowing my ePortfolio is a work in progress. I understand the importance of making meaningful connections and look forward to editing my portfolio with intentional focus.
